They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. Dr. Colwell was recommended by a friend that has had a number of injuries over the years (she is a professional rider and horse trainer). Dr. Colwell is very well known and respected in this community. His full attention is always on me - I cannot imagine him taking another call or getting sidetracked while I am in his office. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
