When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Daniel T. Wise, DC explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
