They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference.
