They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.
