I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. At a chiropractic clinic you expect them to have comfortable chairs in their waiting room, and I would grade these as average. They weren't uncomfortable but the weren't terrific either. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I will absolutely return to Tree City Chiropractic. I had an amazing experience. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
