All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business. It was so easy to find, They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution.. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The cost for treatment is affordable, many chiropractors in our area are very expensive and insist that you come back over and over again. With "Norm who I have seen for a very long time, one or two adjustments and I am better. I have gone a year or longer between issues and each time I receive the same competent attention.

When I first started going to the clinic, it was great. You never had to wait long, and it was $20 cash. Now however, they upped their prices because now they file medicare/medicaid. What's that got to do with me? Now I have to wait over an hour or more, and pay another $15 cash because they don't file insurance, will only take cash or check from me, but they'll file medicare? I'm sorry to say this is a horrible thing. What about those of us that don't have insurance? you were the only place I could afford to go, and now I can't. Thanks alot for nothing.
