They were very respectful of me and my situation, and made sure they paid close attention to everything I had to say. When I finished explaining, they asked me questions to make sure they had the full story. It made me feel cared for. John Pantalone, DC always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference.
