The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
