I have tried to get in to see Dr. Hill and when I called the office the lady said there was an opening at 6:00 she then asked if he has worked on me before and I replied no, she then told me that they didn't have an opening until April and hung up. WOW, what great service.

I have been a patient for over 10 years, and have highly recommended this office to others. However, my last visit was terrible. I sat there-in pain- for 45 minutes with no apology or explanation for the delay, and was forced to leave without seeing the Dr. I am writing a letter to them, which will be in the mail tomorrow. Hopefully this can be resolved.

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
