They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
