The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They relieved my pain within days as I had to wait for a MD's appointment for a month!!
