I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. He is not a Dr. who makes you come back again and again. If it's something simple he says, I hope I don't see you for a while because if I do, then I didn't do my job. He also is very fast and effective. He reminds me of the old time house call doctors, gets the problem fixed quickly without a lot of fuss

No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs.

No, but they gave me directions to a lab nearby where I could get them
