Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients. They also don't push for return visits with the old "you need me to adjust you once a month" line. If they do say "I need to see you next week" it's to continue working on the problem. Once it's taken care of, you get a heartfelt "call me if you need me" and off you go. When you do call, they will try to get you in right away - if it's an emergency they WILL get you in right away. Five stars aren't enough!
