My adjustments weren't very painful. I did feel some force but it wasn't that bad. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
