Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Dr. Casebolt is the acknowledged expert in chiropractic care in the Austin area. He takes a wholeistic approach to wellness. Dr. Casebolt takes a great amount of time with each patient, and takes time to talk about patient health issues in general. He is kind and knowledgeable. I give him the highest recommendation.

Dr. Casebolt is one of the best chiropractor you will ever use. He does a lot of educating during your adjustment as well as tissue work. He does not rush through your office visit and has a great intuition. I used him for years prior to moving away from his area...try him you will not be disappointed...
