They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. My food plan is fantastic and I know I'll be able to stick to it. They made me a food plan that completely met my needs and fit my lifestyle. I couldn't be happier. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Mary is a fantastic nutritionist! I have lost weight at a very healthy and sustainable pace. I feel great and I am much more energetic. Not only me but my whole family benefited from her sound advice. My sons and I are wearing our pedometers everyday. We all are very concious about our food choices and portions as well as incorporating more steps into our everyday busy lives. I highly recommend her.

Way too cold, I thought I would catch hypothermia
