I have visited this facility twice. The first time they were15 minutes late opening the salon and seemed very disorganized, but the massage therapist was attentive and provided a good service. The second time I visited they were again running behind schedule. After waiting almost 30 minutes I was escorted to the quiet area and then to a treatment room. Imagine my surprise when the massage therapist that helped me was not the one with whom I booked the appointment. No explanation of this change was provided. Probably won't visit a third time.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I had the best massage I have ever had and I have had many. They came to my house for a spa party and EVERYONE was really pleased with their services. All my questions were answered, and everyone was professional. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They made sure every single question I had was answered and offered printed material to support their answers. Most of their staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. There was a substantial wait for my appointment but they filled the time with a free service. I really appreciated that!
