I never have to worry about him overbooking appointments. He definitely believes in allowing enough time to do a thorough job. When I arrive for my appointments he sees me on time. He is knowledgeable, personable, and helped me a great deal with my back issues. I highly recommend his approach and his skills.

Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need

Not at all. They were very careful and respectful

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Were you able to relax during your massage?
Absolutely! It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had

Bob made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. He would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. He was always very considerate and professional. He has also been the only one -- after many VARIED approaches -- to be able to help my wife with her sciatic pain. Bravo, Bob!

Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries?
Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.
