Not at all! They had very smooth hands

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated that they respected my privacy the entire time I was there. Steve is a true guru that seems to know muscles on an existential level! Melissa is the most friendly and welcoming administrator! I recommend B-Alive to everyone I meet that has muscle issues.
