I have a billing issue, which due to their fault and I’m calling every single day to resolve it but they are putting me hold for 10-15 minutes, and one is there to take the ownership to resolve it. I’m 100% conveyance that they don’t have time for their existing customers; even their top management doesn’t care about their existing members. I would not recommend Lifetime Fitness Centreville, VA club to anyone.
