They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Occasionally, you should allow for more time for the appointment to keep on your schedule..

I was very comfortable the entire time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office is very pleasant and friendly.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
