They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

I see Dr. Scadova for routine eye examinations and contact lens fittings. The doctors at this office are friendly and cheerful. They conduct exams efficiently and inform me about everything they are doing. When my primary doctor (Dr. Scadova) was unavailable one time, I saw another doctor in the office and felt equally comfortable. They never pushed services or treatments that I didn't want or need or that I didn't directly ask for. In recent years they have expanded the number of insurance options that they can bill directly. However, I do find that the front desk is a bit clumsy and slow (during the visit) when processing my insurance information (which, unfortunately did change twice in recent visits).
