Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I did enjoy the seating they provided at this eye care facility. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
