They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I did enjoy the seating they provided at this eye care facility. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

I'm always put on hold but not for very long. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. They know me by name, and I always enjoy my appointments here.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
