I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. This is a first class doctor: friendly and personal, skilled and focused, very thorough.

Dr. Todd LaPoint is a wonderful doctor. I've been going to him quite a few years now and bring my children to see him as well. He is thorough, gentle and takes his time with you. He is good with the kids too. My only complaint is his office staff, they can be rigid at times, not notifying you when your insurance benefits for contacts run out at the end of the year and refusing to allow you to wait until the first of the year because it would be a hassle for them to return them. Spending over a $100 for contacts at Christmas time is a hassle for me too. Being an office manager of a doctor's office myself, I know this is not how you treat patients. Other than that, I Highly Recommend Dr. LaPoint without hesitation. He's worth the little annoyances of his office staff and they aren't too bad if you stick up for yourself.
