Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Dr. Hadley is a great doctor. He is very thorough in all his examinations. I felt he really cared in discovering the right prescription that fit best for optimum eye health. He is very professional and mindful to all his patients. There is an array of eyeglasses and contacts to fit every budget. I highly recommend Dr. Hadley.
