It was very easy to get an appointment. They are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. They are always prepared for my appointment and remembered me even after 7 years. They make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
