They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They made sure that their license was prominently displayed. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I want everyone to see just how great this acupuncturist is. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They remain fully focused on me and never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me insane. I love how much attention to detail they show at this clinic. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something which really puts my mind at ease.
