It was nice to see that they treated their staff with respect. It was obvious that they had a healthy relationship with all of their staff. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

Was this provider's office too loud?
Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
No, no one seemed to notice I was there

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
