No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

Yes, I was completely at ease

Is this acupuncturist easy to reach in an emergency?
Somewhat, they eventually called me back
Does this acupuncturist always put the client first?
No, it doesn't seem to be a priority to them
Did this acupuncturist listen to your input and concerns?
Somewhat, but I mostly felt ignored
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Not really, I was a little uneasy
Did the acupuncturist review your medical history before beginning treatment?
They briefly went over it, but not in depth
