I used Dr. Philipps many many years ago and was happy to refer others to him. I recently had to go back and I also got my husband an appointment with Dr. Philipps. Great person and great staff. I would be more than happy to recommend this group to others

He is excellent with the kids and breaks everything down to where they know exactly what's going on every step of the way. The staff has excellent customer service skills and the payment plan was very affordable. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

My experience at first was with office manager, Cathy. She was not cooperative at all even though I signed a "contract" with this office AND paid my debt off REALLY early! Because this was a divorce situation, she would only honor request from one side of the parties and it wasn't mine. She was shown papers to support my wishes, but no avail and was absolutely the WORSE person I have ever dealt with. I wrote a intense letter to the Dr and presented some VERY good material to support my complaints. He "promised" to "get back with me" and then never heard from him again! I emailed him 3 times and now the ONLY way I can get documents that I need is "of course" to pay them 200.00 (with support of my attorney) to get something I have been entitled to all along! The office manager was NEVER nice in this situation and apparently the Dr does not care who she runs off nor about his business reputation. There were 4 more possibilities of him getting work, but I will make sure they go elsewhere to someone that cares about how people are treated!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
