They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, they never pressured me

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
