I have gone to a dental group for a while now & had to change due to an ins change with my husbands work. Upon our arrival I was happy to see that we were not one of many people sitting in the lobby waiting. Once our paper work was filled out we were seen by they actual owner of the practice Dr. Low. He was very nice and seem to have a good sense of humor, It seemed that he was really trying to get to know my family. I was disappointed not to have my teeth cleaning on that visit but I understand that this is the way most of the offices work now. When I was done with my visit I was advised to go to the front and Jody would help me with apts & things. She was most helpful with a great attitude and wonderful warm smile. I am happy that I have found this warm & caring dental office I will never go back to the "Group" practice again.

One of the cleanest offices I have ever been to. I went there expecting to wait as I have done for years at others offices and was plesently suprised when I didn't have a long wait at all! Dr.Low was very helpfull in answering all my questions & his staff was so friendly & helpful. I did have to wait 2weeks for an appoitment but that is nothing compare to some offices. I for the first time in my life look forward to going back in 6 months

I have been going to Dr Wayne Low for a number of years. I had to change due to an insurance change. What a horrible mistake! I went to a "big" practice thinking my care would be in good hands or maybe one of the 5 dentist there I or my family would connect with. Well i was very wrong the place I went to was a factory! and tried to sell me dentistry!
I have gone back to Dr Low & I am paying for my dentistry out of pocket. The staff has been with Dr.Low for years who know my name when I walk in the door.
I almost never have a wait & the office moto is "your time is as valuable as ours" I will admit to the above comments that Dr. Low is a love him or don't like him kind of guy but his dentistry is GREAT & HONEST I never feel like I am being taking advantage of or
sold dentistry that I do not need!!!
The office is ALWAYS clean! Sometimes there is aittle longer of a wait to get an appt. but again they do not over book and it is worth the wait to me & my family.

This place is terrible! There is only one dentist here and he is the most rude "professional" I have ever met. If you have children please take my word for it and do not subject them to this kind of treatment. I am not attacking his work but rather his customer care. The most unprofessional and infuriating experience ever. I just feel bad that my kids had to go through that.

I called to schedule an appointment for my son today and the receptionist acted like she didn't need my business. I explained that I needed an appointment date between Sunday and Wednesday and she jokingly said, " We're not here on Sunday but you can come if you want to." She then schedule me for a date that was four weeks out and hung up on me. I called back to at least get the time for the appointment and she hung up again on me. Rude people.
