Very unhappy and disappointed with this Western Dental Office. They dont work with you on payments, are very unsympathetic, and not friendly. I REALLY dislike this office. I would NOT recommend it to anyone, in fact, I advise them to steer clear of it.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
