Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Dr. Landis is great. I would not hesitate to recommend him. His staff could be friendlier, but they are fine. He is extremely knowledgeable - I've seen him for two different procedures and both times they were great - no complaints whatsoever!!
