It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Absolutely! They were very entertaining!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
