Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me great!! The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love Advanced dental care and I have all of my family going there now!!

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Was this provider's office too loud?
Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
