I had a large filling fall out. My dentist, who I have had for many years, was unable to fit me into his schedule for a week. I called Dr. Russell and she fit me in the next day. She quickly and painlessly put a temporary filling on my tooth....no more big hole in my mouth. Shortly therafter, we did a permanent filling, no pain, everything went very well. I would recommend Dr. Russell to everyone. She goes out of her way to make herself available to her patients.

This dental office that cares about their patients and the care they receive. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. Dr. Russell is always up to date on the latest, newest procedures and ideas in the field and does not hestitate to refer a patient if that may be the best for them. They make every effort to see that you get all the benefits that your insurance providers allow. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients to determine their needs. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful, professional and consciencess. I just love this place. The staff is knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have the dentists's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure.

When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
