Parking is terrible, my hygenist is not friendly and makes rude sighing noises like she's bored and frustrated while cleaning/examining my teeth. 1 time my appointment was not correctly entered and so they turned me away when I showed up for my appointment. A month before that they couldn't validate that I had insurance because the website was down, and did not give me a courtesy call to reschedule my appointment. Instead I drove all the way there. When I showed up, they told me the problem, and then said "you can pay full price with cash for this visit if you want to" OF COURSE I DON'T WANT TO. I HAVE INSURANCE! I left. I'm currently looking for a new dentist.

Be careful when you go to this dentist office. They will perform services that are not covered under your insurance and even though you make a co-payment at the time of service, they will send you another bill for more! The Office Manager, Jennifer, is very unprofessional and will not work with you at all! Make sure you know what you are paying for ahead of time or they will demand money and threaten to send you to a credit agency. Even when they establish a payment plan in writing, they do NOT honor them! Had they told me the correct co-pay amount in the beginning I could have avoided all of this; don't let this happen to you!
