Horrible service. Had a jaw expander for a crossbite and braces for years only to find out from other orthodontists that my problem wasn't even corrected. Might possibly have to have jaw surgery now. One assistant was very rude and very rough changing braces like she was in too much of a hurry to be gentle. She even made the comment "that is how you bite down?" in a snotty voice more than once like I was giving myself a crossbite somehow by how I bite. They also told us to turn the jaw expander as much as possible so when we started turning twice a day I got an infection and extreme pain I had to get prescription antibiotics and pain medication for it. The secretaries were also very rude and one made a huge fuss over not getting a payment on time even though my parents were months ahead on their payments. Would never ever go to this clinic again.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
