My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. Not only did the crowns, fillings, and veneers I got last for a long time, they lasted way longer than they were supposed to. It was great not having to go in and get them redone all the time. I could tell that they did a fantastic job putting them in. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
