The receptionist is very inadequate and bad at her job. She forgot my name and sent another persons records to my specialist. Each time I tried to correct her, she still got it wrong. The doctors are wonderful but the receptionist is the worst. I would give the office 5 stars if not for her. She has frustrated me to tears on more than one occasion.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks.
