They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. My teeth look great.
