I am a Montreal client who searched for the right person because I was tired of being in theraphy for the majority of my life with nothing changing with the therapists I was being referred to. In taking control of my own destiny and future, I have finally landed with someone who is my "ideal" of a therapist. I have finally found someone who can give me the help I need - Mike is indeed special.

We (as a couple) were very satisfied with Mike's expertise and quality of service we received. He handled all our concerns well and met all our expectations. We will absolutely be going back. He always gives us his full attention and made us feel at ease. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. The quality of service is much appreciated.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
