Thank you Dr. Novello and Dr. Oberschneider for your excellent care for our son and our family. After several bad experiences with psychiatrists and therapists in the area, and after lots of poorly spent $$$ on bad evaluations and inaccurate diagnoses, my husband and I are so very happy to have found your practice. Our son is doing much better, and within a short period of time, and we finally have a treatment plan and the right diagnoses! Thank you both too for all that you did with our son's school, for the evening phone calls when we were at our wits end and for fitting us in on the same day when needed. In addition to your excellent treatment and guidance to us as parents, your compassion, warmth and availability is greatly appreciated. As the director of a local private school, I have given your names to many families over the past two years and, not surprisingly, have only heard great things. Keep doing what you do so well, and thank you. I cannot recommend "Dr. Joe" and "Dr. Mike" enough if you have a child or teen with emotional or behavior or social skills problems. My husband and I give them our highest endorsement!

Thank you for the phone call yesterday Dr. Mike. Although we haven't seen you in a long time, it's nice to know that we can call you when needed for small moments for support and guidance. You have been such a huge help to Ryan and to our family. On top of being a great psychologist, you are also a caring and giving man, and the Lord will bless you for that. Great experience!. We received a number of services here for our children. Neuropsychological testing and therapy for our youngest son and therapy and medications for our older daughter. All the docs are very impressive, and the office staff is great. After going to a few bad docs (one of them actually misdiagnosed our son with autism!!!), it's nice to find docs that take the time to get the diagnosis and the treatment right and where positive change actually happens!!! Great office staff, and thanks for everything you've done to support our care, Chris. Thanks for the fidget spinners too Dr. O. HG really loves it!!!

Crazy. Referred to this practice by my daughter's pediatrician, her teacher and my divorce attorney!!! Amazing doctors and the office staff is wonderful!!! Our daughter's anxiety was addresses quickly, and they worked with us as parents. Hihjly recommend this practice!!!

Sublime! Our son's school referred us to this practice, and they helped him a lot. We did neuropsychological testing and stayed on with them for therapy and medications. I truly can't say enough postive about them. We've been to several northern virginia practices over the years for our son, and we only wish we found these doctors much sooner...would've saved A LOT of $$$ and time. The director, "Dr. Mike," has also been instrumental in helping us to locate various resources in the area for our son with special needs. White glove care. White glove practice. Thanks guys!!!!

This is what happens when you leave your insurance thearpist to go out of network. You and your kids get better fast!!! One word... Amazining!!! The psychiatrists and psychologists at this practice are the best of the best. After several bad experiences, I fought my husband for years to pay out of pocket for top notch treatment, and he finally gave in. Our son received medication from an Ivy leauge trained psychiatrist, and we received couple's therapy from a Washingtoinan Top Doc. I give them my highest recommendation. Yes, we had to pay out of pocket for about 60% of what we did at APS, but it was worth every red cent. If you or your child is struggling, we recommend that you pay extra for the best. I wish we found this practice before all of the social workers and counselors we saw...Thank you Dr. Seth, Dr. Gordon and Dr. Mike.

Dr. Oberschneider has been such a great help to our family! When we found him we had already wasted a lot of time and money on other therapists and doctors and we were feeling pretty defeated. Our son had really bad anxiety and depression and we didn't know where to turn anymore. Our pediatrician spoke highly of Dr. Oberschneider and the other doctors at this practice so we gave them a try. Dr. Oberschneider worked with our son and our family and we also received psychological testing and medication treatment. Dr. Gordon and Dr. Rasheed are amazing too! This is the fist summer where things feel normal again for everyone. The experience has changed our lives!!! and our son is doing great!!! Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

Our son saw a therapist in Sterling for over two years with no progress so we finally stopped going. The therapist didn't have an action plan or meet with us as parents. My son didn't mind going but he said that they talked and played games. We then found Ashburn Psychological Services through our son's school and they are GREAT! We've done educational testing, therapy and medications at the practice and all of the docs are outstanding!! We finally got the right diagnosis and the right treatment team on our side. Our son has made more progress in 6 weeks than he did in two years at the other practice. A special thanks on Thanksgiving week to you guys. See you next Wednesday Dr. Mike ;-)

We were referred to Dr, Mike and this practice by our pediatrician. Great practice all around. Our child's anxiety and behavior problems improved in a short period of time and we received amazing guidance and strategies as parents!! We will be recommending him and the practice to many.
