I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Very stress free environmen, no sales pressure, just reliable treatment. I feel comfortable there every time I return.

I always walk out feeling confident in my care and and it is always easy to get an appointment. I would tell anyone to go see Dr Beck. He is WONDERFUL.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Before performing my adjustment, they didn't explain the method or procedure at all. I had no idea what they were doing to me and was completely unprepared. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.

I disagree with the prior review.. Ken Beck is awsome.. he will go out of his way to see you . He came in on his day off because I was in so much pain. I have been going to see him for years now and can honestly say he is the best. He doesn't have you come back in the office for a second visit unless it is really needed. I have been to some doctors who make you come back twice a week and you don't even need it.
