It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

They made sure my questions were answered. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule. They keep the restroom clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've definitely given me helpful lifestyle and nutritional tips. They always want what's best for me.

It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit with Jeff R Roderick, DC. They always take good care of me. I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
