Dr Joann is really great! However, the management there is terrible. When we were trying to make an appointment at the register, the black girl nurse (who was taking regular exgamination for patients) acted like a boss, kicked off the front desk clerk and be really rude to us with no reason. Weeks later, we received a huge bill from her office. We had to call them and explained that everything had already been paid by our insurence. They admitted their mistake as soon as they heared the charge on the fake bill. This is not the end of my story. Month later, they called me to confirm an appointment that I never made. I am not here to judge. Just can't understand why some people do't care about those routine works.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
