I loved the telegraph call. I was face to face with Dr. T. I didn’t have to come into the clinic. He has scheduled a procedure for me to look at my heart. He was just as pleasant then as he is at the clinic.

My appointment was handled virtually. Under the circumstances, it was ok. I didn't feel like I had adequate time to ask any questions. I'm sure I can call at a later date if I still feel the need to ask the questions. The tests given before my actual "visit" were ok. The individual doing the CTA could use some additional training on inserting the IV. Almost two weeks later, my arm is still bruised from his attempts to "find" a vein.

Very pleasant experience, the phone video appointment is great, besides the convenience, it also saved me from a 40 mile drive to the doctors office. all of the Doctors, staff, and all personel i have dealt with at this facility have been A-Plus. It is wonderful to have a facility with such caring and thoughtjul staff of caretakers. Keep up the great work.
