They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. All of my questions were answered thoroughly during my appointment. I was given so much information; it really helped me out a lot. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I am a Registered nurse who has worked with several hospitals and doctors in McAllen and Austin Texas for over 26 years. Dr Vinay Julapalli works with the cardiologist group Dr Avendano belongs to. Dr Vinay Juapalli was the 1st physician my brother has seen in awhile (his family doctor passed away some time ago and he hasn't found another). My brother saw Dr Vinay Julapalli at Memorial Hermann hospital when he was taken from an urgent care clinic to their ER with chest pain, numbness to his left side and a blue right foot. Dr Vinay Julapalli was the ONLY doctor who saw my brother while he was at Memorial Hermann hospital or at any time since my brothers MD passed away. My brother was a patient for 24 hours, was sent home with prescription medication and with orders to see a family doctor ASAP. My brother needed to see a family physician for the swelling and bluish color to his right leg/foot. Dr Vinay Julapalli reffered my brother to a family physician, Dr Girgis, who turned out not to be at the phone number given to us by Dr Vinay Julapalli's office. I could not find a new office number for Dr Girgis via the internet nor from Dr Vinay Julapalli's office. At Dr Gergis former office the earliest appointment available for my brother was Monday. My brother was at work today when his foot started swelling and turning blue again. My brother has the type of work where he is on his feet all day. Dr Vinay Julapalli, who saw my brothers foot and leg AND saw the results of his ultrasound to his right leg has REFUSED to give my brother a work release excuse, claiming he did not examine my brothers leg. I SAW Dr Vinay Julapalli look at my brothers leg, he noted the bruising, and swelling to the right leg and the bluish color of the foot, AND while my brother was at Memorial Hermann hospital Dr Vinay Julapalli told me he had seen the ultrasound of my brothers leg and stated "the ultrasound showed no clot, it looks like just fluid in that area". The swelling, and bluish color was mostly gone after my brother elevated and stayed off his leg. All my brother needs to do to avoid the swelling and blue foot until he can see his family doctor is keep his foot elevated. But yet Dr Vinay Julapalli told his nurse he was not willing to write my brother a work release until he could see the family physician on Monday. I did try to get an earlier than Monday appointmant and a work release from the family doctor Dr Vinay Julapalli reffered us to, to no avail. I let Dr Vinay Julapalli know, through his office, that I could not get an earlier appointment or a work release note from the office he referred us to. His response was for my brother to go to the ER, a costly visit that could be avoided by a 2 day work release note that would have taken Dr Vinay Julapalli 30 seconds to write.
